I got this Healthy Muffin Recipe from one of my favorite sites. Instead of putting blueberries we put 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips because the kids already devoured the blueberries. Caden loved them...he also loved cooking them! He ate 2 for his snack yesterday!

Aren't they wonderful? We have already made 3 more batches since I posted that recipe!!! We add a mashed banana to ours now, makes them sweeter.
;) Carisa
Mmmmm... I wonder what puree I could stick in there:) (grins)

Elsie, Carisa said they used mashed banana you could puree those and I would think sweet potatoes would be good!
