Five Little Sharks Swimming in the Sea- Color March

This activity was really cute!  Both kids were involved also!:)  (Didn't have a picture of Hannah) 

Color March- I cut circles out of different colors of construction paper (red, green, yellow, blue, purple, black, brown, and orange).  I stapled each circle to a drinking straw.  I explained to Caden and Hannah that we are going to sing a song called the Color March, and listen for the their flag color to be called.  I told the kids to stand up and march around waving their flag when the hear their color.

(to the tun of "The Ants Go Marching)

The (reds) go marching all around.

Hurrah, Hurrah!

The (reds) go marching all around.

Hurrah, Hurrah!

The (reds) go marching all around;

Then they stop to wave their flags around.

All the (reds) go marching around and around;

Then they stop and sit down.

Boom, Boom, Boom!
